Welcome to the Carolinas District web site, which highlights the activities and membership of our local district of the Precision Metalforming Association. Our district typically meets six times a year and our meetings range in subject matter based on the interests of our members. Our programs provide excellent opportunities for networking, increasing sales, expanding professional expertise and building valuable new business relationships.

Carolinas District Supports SkillsUSA Precision Machining Contest Winners
PMA’s Carolinas District has donated funds to the North Carolina and South Carolina SkillsUSA Precision Machining Contest winners to pay for their travel expenses to the National SkillsUSA Conference in Kansas City, MO, June 24-27, 2008. The winners were Jared Gibson of Lee County High School, Sanford, NC, and Jacob Herd of B.J. Skelton Career Center, Easley, SC. Any funds remaining after paying for Gibson and Herd’s travel expenses will go to their schools’ machining technology programs. Read the press release.
